“Old Ways, New Hands” is Chef Richard Sandoval’s goal accelerator and mentorship program, aiming to preserve and amplify Latin culture by teaching the next generation of Latin chefs, creators, and restaurateurs both culinary and business skills.

 
 

From September 1 - 30, in recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, Venga Venga will be
offering a selection of dishes created by the inaugural class of the Old Ways New Hands program.
